Hi John!

On the page accessed by your link, there is a link to a "history" which is a 
download file ending in .asx. I don't know what kind of file that is. If I 
did know I would know what to open it with, The machine I am using doesn't 
have Winders, Linux only. They couldn't have made it a .pdf, that would be 
too simple.
