Didn't know if others were aware of this.....

When copying files through explorer, and you get the prompt - "file already 
exists - overwrite, yes, yes to all, no etc".

Rather than hitting the 'N' key all the time, just hold down the shift key and 
click "no", in effect only copying those files that do not exist in the 
destination folder.
