I like Mexicans. Our town's blacks have been replaced by Mexicans. I don't know where the Blacks went. These are hard-working, Christian people who are polite and friendly.
However, you can't take a country of 300,000,000 and infuse 30,000,000 illegals (10%) and expect there to be assimilation.
