Well I'll be damned. I had been looking in the Alignment property, and 
only saw Left and Right. I completely missed the Centered property, 
which does what I want. I'll go erase my new half-working control now, 
and chalk it up to being rusty with VFP.

I'd still like to know whether BindEvents() is supposed to work with 
interactive setting of properties, such as grid.RowHeight, though.
