It may also be in the MSDN libary on msdn.microsoft.com I know I found it somewhere and I dont have a newsw2news account. I think there was a VFP article on drag and drop which had it. Might even be in the VFP samples. In fact I think its the OLE drag and Drop in the programming samples. Allen
