Lan-Aces.com has a groupware product called Office Logic which includes Scheduling along with To-Do lists, Phone message management, Email, Databases, Chat etc. It's overkill if you only need the calendar but it is an alternative to Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Server. Their web site allows a free 30 day trial - very easy to install.
