Well, the chinese translation became:
'Was unable to find this page of you the page which searched possibly
already to delete, to change the name or temporarily may not use. Below
please attempt operates: Guarantees the website address spelling and the
form which the browser in the address fence demonstrated correct are
unmistakable. If through single-clicked the link to arrive this homepage,
please related with the website manager, informs their this link the form
not to be correct. Single-clicks the backlash button to attempt another
link. The HTTP wrong 404 - documents or the table of contents had not
found. Internet information service (IIS) The technical information
(provides for technical support personnel) changes to the Microsoft
product support serves and searches includes "HTTP" and "404" the title.
Opens "the IIS help" (to be possible (inetmgr) center to visit in the IIS
management), then the search title is "the website establishment", "the
conventional management duty" and "about from the definition wrong news"
subject. '

for this particular url -
http://file9.mydrivers.com/display/XTreme-G_MobileForce_XP_97.92_M4.exe

However - if you think somewhere up the root tree of that site, you have
the right drivers, but are not sure with the translation - you can always
copy / paste the chinese characters into http://babelfish.altavista.com
and get a translation.

A further upwards traversal to http://file9.mydrivers.com/
gives me a 'directory listing Denied error, so perhaps the site has
changed in the last few days ?

When I go to http://drivers.mydrivers.com/search/
and pipe it through babelfish - I don't really see anything that smacks of
'Video Drivers' - so I'm stopping.

A google search on 'XTreme-G_MobileForce_XP_97.92_M4.exe' pulls me into
Chinese sites that absolutely reference the 'file9' subsite of the
mydrivers.com thingie, but there's also reference to some ftp site with
compaq.

One useful thing that I found (maybe not so useful to you?)
was a list of sites that had most of the drivers, over at
http://www.51hp.com.cn/bbs/Appraise.asp?boardid=11&topicid=139&postid=154

Anyway - Good Luck ! This seems painful, even with translation.
