On self treatment: I have been this body now for 65 years, I know it 
better than any doctor looking at me above his glasses for 45 seconds. I 
know what works with me and what doesn't a whole lot better than him.  
If there is something wrong, however, and I don't know what it is, then 
I will go to a doctor to let him attempt to find out the problem. Note 
also that in almost ALL cases the doctors and medicines treat the 
symptoms, very rarely the underlying diseases. In 65 years the last time 
I was in a hospital was the day I was born, never since then.
