Aha. So when one person spews some random, out-of-context fact, you
reply with:
"I always thought there were tons of surpluses, even to the point where
the government paid farmers NOT to produce crops to add to the already
surplus amount? Now that was years ago, iirc, and so I guess things
have changed?"
