I have an application that is using data tables on a network drive.
There are several users in several locations spread from Florida to
Hawaii. The data tables are on a file server near San Francisco. After
many years of successful use one site is having a problem.

Error 1105 Error writing to file. It happens on one file when I close a
table by issuing:

IF USED('mytable')
   USE IN mytable
ENDIF

The CDX appears to be written to disk but the DBF isn't. It is also not
consistent. The procedure completed successfully earlier this week,
where it happened consistently last week and again today. The file is a
little bit bigger when it fails, but it is not a very big file. Maybe
100 to 200K.

This also shows a windows error in the task bar.

Any ideas? Has anyone seen this?
