Well, the guy is mistaken. MS is NEVER wrong. Just ask 'em. But why be annoyed? I mean MS has been changing things for no reason to "justify" their prices since Windows 2000 (or, arguably, Windows NT). So you gotta expect this junk. That is, unless you're smart enough to quit buying it.
