Haven't tried it but you could try CHM-2-Web : http://freedownloadmanager.org/es/downloads/Macrobject_CHM-2-Web_Profesional_de_2007_48908_p/ In Linux you have "extract_chmLib", but it gives you 'raw' html which might need some xtra processing.
