Steve just passed his licensing exam earlier this week, so the two of us are now licensed insurance agents. Turns out my first order of business has actually been to write proposals for *** software development *** work for the insurance company, and Steve is setting up training classes. I am very happy that it is turning out the way I had hoped. Yes, we are licensed to write insurance applications, and yes, we get to do what we are good at in a new industry. Now, the trick is to hold out financially until the proposals are accepted and we actually start making money... I have never been this broke before.... Ever.
