I don't know if this helps but way back when I were a lad, blank lines in dos report files were caused by overlapping fields. Could I suggest creating a simpler version of your report and see if that works.

The manual says use this code. this is an account's transaction listing Set REPORTBEHAVIOR 80 && necessary to get an ASCII text file *_Asciirows = 66 << I tried this, but it did not make any difference *_Asciicols = 131 << I tried this, but it did not make any difference Report Form (lcFrxTmpfname) To File (lctmpfile) Ascii Set REPORTBEHAVIOR 90 This works, however, there is a blank line between every 2 transactions? The report preview looks perfect? Anyone know how to stop the extra blank lines?
