I had a very bad experience myself. They have a 24 minutes or you get a 24 dollar gift card. If you buy anything on the Internet, you can pick it up after 24 minutes or it's free.
So I went to pick up a DVD recorder 75 minutes later and it wasn't waiting for me. The manager refused to give me a card, claiming his computer malfunctioned. I had to have a loud verbal fight with the manager and call the 800 number in order to get it resolved. Needless to say, it isn't first on my list anymore.
