Norton has change quite a bit. i have used it for the past 3-4 years and
each year it is getting better and better each year. i have had to barely
touch norton after i installed it and it has worked perfectly.

Kam, your comment about not being able to contact symantec for help, just
see this link right here:
http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/cs/contact_cs.jsp or if you dont feel
like bookmarking a link, then go to symantec.com, at the bottom right of the
page you click on contact us, then you click on customer service support in
the home and home office box, then near the bottom left you click on contact
us, and now you have 3 ways to contact them.

please, if you are going to bash a company, atleast be farmiliar with them
so you know what you are talking about. besides, there is a difference
between having a license key with an operating system company, like M$
versus a software vendor.
