I want to issue the following command:
"UPDATE BLAH_BLAH SET DIRECT = DIRECT * 2 WHERE PROGRAM = '"+m.program+"' " I'd like to replace the '2' with a variable, as I've replaced the program value with a variable. It's not a character, obviously, and I've tried every permutation of single- and double-quotes and plus signs I can think of. What's the secret to using a numeric variable in a statement like this?
