A follow up to the previous article.  This guy shared files but the 
record industry is trying to add on the fact that converting CD to MP3 
is illegal.  It will be an interesting case, but hopefully ripping MP3 
for your own use will be OK.  The record industry said previously on 
their web site that that was OK.
