I DO need to use shellexec for this idea.  The idea is: "Use Shellexec() 
to run whatever code I happen to feel like putting in the dbf that 
day."  :-)   By definition, I'm playing with Shellexec. Running the 
actual form is not really the problem, and I already delivered the 
product, with form, and without shellexec.  :-)  Thanks.
