Michael, what can I say, Del Spruill is a D. I've seen them on the back of a
big ole Buick even. They looked kind of stupid, like maybe the guy was trying
to compensate for his own inadequacies. If they start outlawing everything
that is stupid, we would never see Hillary again.
I doubt you would see them in the citified areas of NJ, but if you get out
toward Hope and Chester you may find some semi-redneck types that would have
them on their pickups. But those guys aren't the real thang... they talk
funny. ;-)
