Hi Folk I get some good advice from Profox folk so i want to run this past you ....
At this time of year, I update many hundreds of clients with an update. This update is part of an annual subscription This year, I want to offer them this update by CD or USB stick or Download from my web site (Googlepages) If by CD it is standard fee If by Usb stick, add $10 If by Dowbload, standard fee BUT, if downloaded, I have no way of knowing who/when they did so, and if they paid. My thoughts are to have a module in the update to BLAT me a message. My thoughts are that only those with Braodband would download it Q1 Is there a way to determine if they have Broadband Q2 I think I should make the BLAT process clear to the client (i.e. not a sneaky process) Do YOU think I NEED to tell my clients I'm BLATing the process.
