Malcom -

I was looking for just this very functionality myself about 2 months
ago and found the solution to be a tiny and affordable app called
osloader 2000. http://www.osloader.com/

This awesome little tool allows you to boot to any partition via a
simple dos like boot menu that appears when you boot. What's unique
about it though is that it can "hide" the other partitions, thus no
matter which partition you select, it always appears to windows as
drive c:, because it's the only partition that is not hidden. You can
override the behavior as you see fit if you wanted to share a common
data partition amonst the various windows installs.

Check it out. It's been a life saver for me.

PS - I am a huge fan of VMWARE, but I use this solution in cases
where I want to have 3D Graphics acceleration, which no virtual
software handles properly or supports at this time.
