I think this excellent overview of your system supports my point: that no matter how complex or simple the server or client is in a WS transaction, it really shouldn't matter what technology you use on the server or client: as long as the server can respond to http requests and as long as the client can make http requests, you have a web service transaction. Saying things like "vfp can't handle complex web services" just strikes me as wrong, which your case has proven quite nicely. Thanks for sharing it!
