Generally first I try to understand the problem, and then propose solutions.

You want a web-based ordering system, I think. Capable of withstanding
the Internet?

Something you want:
<a>  existing customers to access
<b> Sales people in the field to use
<c> New customers to find you and order
<d> None of the above.

Zero-line code solutions might include Yahoo! stores and Dell
storefronts. eBay might also work. (Did you know eBay is one of the
top ten retailers in the US?)
