I've finally located a vehicle that gets great mileage and at a good price. A friend of mine is a wholesaler, and he called this morning to let me know he had just bought a VB Beetle TDI. It has a few miles on it (100k), but it's a 2003 and the books say it will get 42 city and 49 highway. I told him to park it and I'll pick it up Monday!
