Careful, there are certain ones you can't/shouldn't delete.

Go onto Doug Knox's site http://www.dougknox.com/ and look under the Windows
XP Utilities in the left habd frame and then download the "Remove Hotfix
Backup Files" utility. The program does it all for you without problems. 

Doug's site is a real goldmine of utilities etc.

I am in the process of re-building an XP box.  As part of the job I am
running Windows Update which will leave me with countless $NTUninstall
folders.  As it is extremely unlikely I would want to uninstall a security
