It's not available to be uninstalled from the Control Panel!

I'll try that tonight (laptop is back at my apt now).  My feeling is that
if it's in use, it won't let me rename it?  I'll try and let you know.  I
should download SysInternals and use that psfile utility that comes with
it.  That should identify who's got a lock on it, if I understand the tool
correctly.  ??
