The new Pakistan parliament will probably work out a coalition that would give them a parliamentary majority, and if they decide to divide and conquerer the remaining remnants of parliament, they could no doubt muster a two-thirds vote to impeach Musharraf and place a new Prime Minister at the helm of Pakistan.
After the government has all the levers of power in place, including a restored, independent Supreme Court, they will need to confront economic reform, and the threat from extremism and terrorism, but on their own without any ties or directions from the USA. The USA has discussed unilateral preemption of terrorism on Pakistani soil, but I personally don't think this would be wise.
