I try to be nice to people, especially clients, but there are some that 
are just rude and idiotic at times.  My client 
(whom-I-can't-wait-to-fall-off-support) is terrible for communication.  
She sent this to her last week, complaining and bitching royally to me 
about all the extra work she has to do:

> it will not print the envelopes. we are having the same problem as 
> last time. the h2office folder keeps popping up and we have to click

> will have to handwrite the envelopes again.
I swear to God she's one of those bitchy people who just loves to "get 
up on the cross and suffer for all to see" ...when she could have an 
easier remedy.  My response to her:

    You know, if you've got an issue that is going to cause you any
    extra work, you should call...not use email/comments like this.

    Are you talking about the REAL system or the BETA system?

    Still waiting on your feedback from the BETA update the other night!



So today she sends this to me:

And my response to her:

    If you want me to review and fix any potential issue whereby the
    system is failing to print yet does not produce any bug reports,
    then you need to call.  I cannot help you otherwise.  I have tried
    to be helpful and courteous to you but I cannot fix problems that I
    am not only unable to reproduce but yet am not made aware until
    after the fact.  I have established a support vehicle with the
    LogmeIn that I provided completely free to you at no charge
    whatsoever to extend good customer service to you...but if you don't
    have time to call me when it's happening, I cannot help you with
    messages/issues I cannot see.  Sorry.

I can't wait to be done with this one....what a RPITA.  She's poorly 
educated and I'd like to look past that, but it's frustrating since 
she's just a dumb animal.  Grrr...
