This kind of reminds me one time I was in a morning meeting with a friend, and he received a phone call from an irate customer. My friend had installed a new computer for him, but had somehow missed tranferring a few things from his old computer.
So he says to the guy, "Do you want me to come over now and fix it?". the guy says, "I don't have time". My friend says, "What can I do to make this situation better?" the guy says, "nothing". So my friend says to him, "When you figure out what I can do to make things better, give me a call".
