It's a good thing, but I don't understand the need for paper. Seems to me it would be considerably more efficient to focus entirely on a single format and delivery system. Arguments abound, such as that authors approach writing differently based on the distribution format, and having to write to accommodate the print format is hobbling by comparison. On the other end, when we're searching for something, it's almost always on-line. Argument for greater efficiency is that it reduces cost, and cutting the subscription price in half would likely attract more subscribers, not to mention the benefit of making the writer's life easier.
