As I recall, MS doesn't consider any hacks that have physical access to the 
machine to be severe or critical. There were a couple hacks that would let 
you obtain machine Admin level access if you were logged on as any user. I 
think they were still there in Win 2000/XP. Not sure about Vista. They had 
been around since Windows 95. But you had to be physically sitting at the 
box as I recall (although I wonder about remote control software). Maybe it 
was "console" access or something like that.
