Indeed, subreports have always been quite doable in FoxPro too. You 
basically craft your group expressions and pre-fill a denormalized 
cursor. Same with Dabo.

Having said that, CR's subreports are indeed very nice. It would be a 
nice feature to add in the future.

But, Dabo's report writer will never be compatible or work alike with 
CR. For one thing, the whole model of tightly binding the data query 
information with the report output information is just wrong. CR brings 
some good ideas to the table, but it also brings along a ton of baggage.
