Hi Allen The readwrite cursor is a very nice approach. You can call it what you want, but VFP gives it a unique name - so you don't have to even think about how to do that. Don't revert to using numbers for aliases or for that matter, unreadable or single letter aliases. All of these things make the code harder to follow. No virus found in this outgoing message.
