Hi Adam,

You don't need to be at the top of the form to do this.  Just did it 
with my app.
Press Alt - (minus) which brings up the menu (although you won't see it) 
then press M for move and use the arrow keys to bring it back, then 
press enter.

If he still can't do that tell him to crash the app and start again.
