Hi Stephen!

They are by no means safe, let alone "safe, safe" as you put it. Their reduced 
speeds and small size guarantee that there will be many serious or even fatal 
accidents, most likely rear-enders. Of course, the riders are part time, 
minimum wagers who are not in the medical plan so it won't effect the folks 
who are reaping the benefit at all.
