Hi Paul!

It is not crap at all, people eating only vegetables will be mineral deficient 
regardless of their religion, the vegetable growing soils are depleted 
everywhere. Perhaps in a few very isolated areas where there is a lot of 
mountain water runoff irrigating the fields, I don't know where that might be 
any more. Globalism has all the fields everywhere overproducing for export 
crops.
