Wow! I'm surprised he ran as a normal user to begin with. In Vista, you're
either an Administrator or you're screwed over and over again when you try
to do anything beyond the most basic of tasks. Sure, you can turn UAC off,
and it helps, but it's Admin or don't bother for Vista in my experience.
