I know it is a fine solution, and its price beats SQL Server and Oracle all to hell (not to mention its kick ass performance). But, fair is fair, and I did not feel I could use the app for free and be fair to AB in doing so. That is my Kinder & Gentler side. I also did not want to take any chances on getting nailed, or getting any clients nailed, for using the MySQL DB commercially under what could have (easily) been construed as eligible for remuneration (that is my "prefensive" side).
