Trouble with one of our clients. They're running our app in limited
access role on WinXP Pro instead of with full admin privileges (i.e.,
the recommended way by M$), and our app is failing because it uses the
resource file (FOXUSER.DBF). We've added code in the future version
where we SET RESOURCE OFF in the beginning, but for now, we're wondering
why the app--which includes a config.fpw that just has one line for
TITLE--is using a foxuser in the c:\windows\system32 folder.

Isn't the foxuser file supposed to be created by default in the
application folder???? We're wondering if there's something in the
registry that is causing this?
