Hi Stephen, If you're taking the photo as proof of printing\delivery, you might want to look as well at the print server that printed the documents. Many modern printers have web servers built-in, and should have a log of the properties - i.e. date\time, name, number of pages, toner used, etc. - of all the print jobs.
