When I was selling used VHS movies I sent a $3.75 tape to a psychopath who sent me a 7-page diatribe on how I screwed her because mid-way through the tape is a 2-second wrinkle in the tape. It was "you're a f*cking this, you're a f*cking that" all hand written in crazy tiny psychopath handwriting. All she needed to do was ask for a refund. LOL. So I got a negative.
