I used my config table that was open and available.  Inside of it was the
col for SecuredKey that was in my case all upper ASCII.  If users tweaked
this the next start up of the app would fail with the nag screen to get
intouch with me.

My key took the unlock key and munged the customer name and date of license
for my leased software clients, or just the company name name.
