*Production Pass down:* Several large orders, including nearly 500 delivery date binders for KPMG, drove incoming revenue to over 295k today. A late start on KPMG, due to file problems, and a last minute push for Citrix, assured us of a battle that would go down to the wire. Only the threat to throw ourselves under the tires kept the Fed Ex driver from leaving without Shannon and Dominic's 50 binders. At the last, he relented and the Citrix order was placed on the truck along with *all* other delivery dates and Internationals. By any measure this was a strong night, but this team is restless and unwilling to settle for just this one victory. The victory cheer rang out, but only for a moment, and then we began to prepare for the next day, and the next challenge. Somehow this team innately knows that one day even this success will pale in comparison to what they are capable of achieving. Look out New Jersey and Europe, the warriors have you in their sights.
These come often but never with this much vigor. I find it rare that management will tell the praises of it's crew time and again these days. They seem to expect the fantastic day in and day out but forget to tell the troops.
