Michael - if this guy ever wrote any code in Kiev as a VFP person, he ain't doing it anymore. VFP in Kiev is a big deal, there's lots of work. If he's not doing it anymore, then he wasn't any good at it to begin with. He prolly can't even get a good reference on his 'work' from his former employer.
