Hmmm... Seems to me "somebody" mentioned it was drifting in that direction a little while ago. As long as it involved something to do with how to deal with poorly behaved clients I figured [NT] was still appropriate, but the drift into true [OT] was inevitable. So, here, I will fire the parting shot making this [OT] in my response. Heck, nobody else is doing it. And in doing so I will not see any further responses to the [OT] branded thread as I opted out of [OT] a long time ago (duck & cover).
