I had a tour of the video productions area at the Orioles game last 
week.  They've still got 286 (or maybe 386--I don't think they were 
early pentium) machines running Windows 98, and the app they use to run 
the new, state-of-the-art board is a really old VB (I think) app.  Wow. 
  It was like something out of a museum.  You wouldn't know it unless 
you saw the setup, though!
