Well, I'm busy myself at the moment, but if I had time, I'd go to the
mysql.com website, then go to Developer area and Downloads. That's if you
wanted to get the mysql engine on your own pc; otherwise, everything in
that zip should give you what you need to connect to the database on the
web.
Your dsn.ini file should contain this string, iirc:
DRIVER={MySQL ODBC 3.51
Driver};SERVER=db1.dssco.net;UID=piecerate_test;PWD=yooth4ge;DATABASE=piecerate_test;option=131609
