You are right about this Ed, 100% dead-on. 

In fact I half expect McCain to propose first, just to snatch her up before
the young whipper-snapper sees the wisdom of winning Ohio, Pennsylvania,
Florida, etc... Plus, he seems so eager to show Democrats and Independents
that, as the Republican nominee, he's anything but a Republican. 

But everyone knew that already.
