Forgot one thing that really should be on the list:

That may in fact be the only thing the two sides agree on. 

His only friends in Washington were members of the Press Corp, whom he
romanced continually and quite successfully whenever he was stabbing
Republicans in the back. But they are totally in the bag for Che Guevara
Part II, the Next Day, the Sequel, and will now basically treat him like
they did Dubya.

Both Clinton and McCain are going to get thrown under the bus by the very
sycophantic press that made both of them who they are.
